Broome County Operation SAFE    607-778-6119

Operation SAFE (Saving Addicts From Epidemic) pairs addicts with treatment facilities. The program immediately searches for treatment which suits the client's needs. In some cases, the program links addicts with low- to no-cost treatments.  This is offered from the Broome County District Attorney's office located at 45 Hawley Street, 4th Floor, Binghamton, NY  13902

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - program allows people looking for substance use treatment help with obtaining transport to either the Addiction Stabilization Center at 247 Court Street in Binghamton or UHS Binghamton General Hospital located at 10-42 Mitchell Avenue in Binghamton.

Fairview Recovery Services is a private nonprofit substance use disorder provider offering stabilization and residential programs licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services. As the only licensed provider of long-term residential substance use disorder treatment in Broome County, our continuum of services emphasizes a holistic treatment model.

They offer a wide range of substance use disorder treatment services including direct delivery of stabilization services, vocational counseling, recreation therapy, mental health services, case management as well as a comprehensive continuum of housing programs to meet the needs of clients at various stages of recovery.

They serve men and women over the age of 18 living in Broome and surrounding counties with a diagnosis of substance use disorder. We incorporate the needs of the whole client in treatment, and seek to provide clients with sobriety leading to permanency, stability, self-reliance and self-determination.

United Health Services New Horizons offers a variety of outpatient services including substance use disorder assessments, outpatient groups, a Suboxone® (buprenorphine/naloxone) program, and both criminal justice and family programming. New Horizons use evidence-based counseling to teach recovery skills to patients with substance use disorders in a compassionate and non-judgmental environment.  Treatment is offered with varying intensity depending on your needs.
